An Ignoble Tale (Act 1.2)

"I intend on doing so when I can use my hands again, so when they aren't stained with blood." He said, frowning.

"Uh-huh." She inspected the sword.

The cloth grip was missing, so there was only the iron handle to hold onto.

"Uh, I can clean off your hands if you'd tell me how blood got on them.." Aserl said, looking at him.

She turned it in the air. "Nice sword."

"Thanks, I guess." He said, looking at Violet and looked over at Aserl. "I didn't kill anyone or anything if that's what you're thinking, I was attempting to clean the blood off of cuts on my hand and cheek.. and as you can see that didn't go too well."

Aserl just looked at him. "Oh."

Violet smiled faintly, continuing to walk. She sheathed the sword.

"And while I appreciate the offer, I'm more content with getting gloves or some sort of hand cover for when I get around to sharpening that sword, also gloves are sort of just cooler, so why not?" He said, still looking at her.

She was pulling a cloth out of her satchel but hesitated, then put it away once she heard that.

She scratched her head, glancing over to them.

She closed her satchel, looking down.

Audren shrugged, looking off to the side.

She looked upwards, adjusting her bag.

It could pretty much be declared daylight, since the sun was out.

She frowned a bit, looking down.

He looked down at his foot, remembering something would have to done about that too.

She held onto the sheath, watching the ground.

She tapped her chin in thought.

She yawned a bit.

He stretched his arms, looking around.

She stuck a hand in her pocket, looking up at the sky as they walked.

Out of boredom, Aserl just felt around the bag within her satchel that contained the coins.

Violet looked down with a sigh.

He thought about what kind of gloves he would get, if any, it wasn't long before he concluded himself as a bit indecisive about things like this.

She yawned, watching her feet.

As they traveled on he sort of just.. thought about things since there wasn't much else to do.

Violet's ears twitched and she glanced behind herself.

There was nothing there, except for trees off to the side and the road which they were traveling down.
