An Ignoble Tale (Act 1.2)

She looked over to Audren and Aserl.

After she glanced away a crow flew by.

Audren just had his head down, arms at his side while Aserl was busying herself with tampering with unknown items in her satchel.

She tilted her head a bit and just watched the two of them.

He looked over at Violet briefly.

She smiled.

He raised an eyebrow, debating whether to smile back or not.

She just. Smiled. Happy Violet.

He smiled back, only slightly.

Aserl was still going through her satchel but glanced over at them for a second and narrowed her eyes.

She waved a bit.

Aserl slyly smiled, grabbing his blood-stained hand which caused Audren to jump and look over at her.

She lowered her hand and looked between the two of them.

He just stood there, looking at Aserl and then back at Violet.

Aserl was still holding onto his hand, smiling.

She was still just, smiling.

He just kept looking at each of them, dumbfounded.

Aserl starting pulling on his hand, urging him over in her direction.

Violet tilted her head a bit.

She started tugging at his arm more.

She raised an eyebrow slightly.

He shrugged.

Aserl was tugging at his arm even more now.

She stuck her hand in her pocket and watched the two of them.

She started stroking his arm with her finger, waiting for him to make a decision.

He shuddered, wrenching his arm away from her hand and stepping off to the side.

She raised an eyebrow, finding the whole thing bizarre.

Audren in all honesty found them both creepy, Aserl with her sudden it appeared to be.. affection towards him, and Violet with her smiling out of nowhere.

So he just went back to walking, this time a few steps behind the both of them.

Violet looked over at Aserl.

She was looking into the trees, minding her own business.

He turned his attention to her hand that was now stained with the blood from when she had grabbed his hand.

She shrugged a bit, looking to the sky.
